Rishi (Sandeep Kishan) and Dia (Anya Singh) are newly married couple. The life of the two happily-ever-after turns into an unexpected turn from the day their car crashed near a Hyderabad suburb. From the day after the accident, the faces of Rishi and Divya's eyes look like Arjun (Vennela Kishore) Madhavi Love in the mirror.

Rishi, a psychiatrist, asks Murali Sarman to find out the real causes behind these unnatural events in their lives and advises Diya to meet the Church Father. Also, Murali Sharma realizes that Rishi is a soul chaser. Church Father realizes that Dia has an affair about 400 years ago. What is the reason for this weird event? Why does the Kishore spirit of the moon chase Sundeep? Who is behind the death of Arjun and Madhavi?
