Continuing the trend of low budget thriller, yet another film that's hit the screens now is Oka Chinna Viramam. Let us see how it is.

Story :

Sanjay Varma(Deepak) and Syam(Garima Singh)are a few who are also business partners and operate at a milk booth. As their company doesn't receive a fantastic profit, they get a crazy deal from an outsider. Deepak, who is a bit money says yes but his wife rejects the offer. What was so bad about the deal? Can Deepak convince his wife to say yes to this deal? What happened, in the end, is the entire story of the film.

Plus Factors:

The notion of the movie looks somewhat intriguing. Additionally, the societal message conveyed in the movie is also neat. Hero Sanjay Varma does a fantastic job in his role. His dialogue delivery, body language, and expressions in rather tense scenes are fairly great.

Heroine Garima Singh looks adorable in her homely appearance and did well in her character. The chemistry between the couple is really decent. The highlight of the film was comedian Naveen Neni. His comedy is great and brings a few relief moments in the film.
Minus Points :

For almost any thriller to click, the event need to be quite riveting and suspenseful but that isn't the case in this film as not one of the major scenes make an effect. The director tried hard to evoke good thrills in the second half but the so-called scenes likewise don't create any effect.

The characterizations of the hero and heroine lack clarity and should have been narrated with even more depth. There was a lot of scope to make the movie very thrilling but the director didn't make complete use of it. There are many scenes in the film which are way too cinematic.

Technical Aspects :

Music by Bharat is just about fine but his BGM was impressive. Camerawork by Rohit is quite excellent as the suspense scenes have been shown quite well. Editing was disappointing as many scenes could have been trimmed to make things better. Coming to the director Sandeep, his idea is good but the implementation part had many errors and took the film down right away.

On the whole, Oka Chinna Viramam is a age-old thriller that has nothing going its own way. The so-called stimulating scenes seem forced and do not create any impact on the movie. Except for a few humor scenes, this film has nothing to offer and could be left alone this weekend.
